I like today's deal – how do I get my hands on it?
Just click "Buy!" before the offer ends. If enough people sign up, we'll charge your card and send you a link to print your coupon. If not enough people join, no one gets the deal (and your card won't be charged), so invite your friends to make sure you get the deal!
Do I have to sign up a group of people I know to get the deal?
Nope – our growing ranks of members make up a big enough group. But you'll probably want to invite people you know anyway — lots of our deals are fun to use together with family and friends .
What happens if the Escape doesn't reach its required minimum number of purchasers?
If not enough people sign up to buy, then the deal is canceled, and you won't be charged. Better luck next time! So if you really want the coupon, be sure to lay a guilt trip on your friends, family and collegues.
How many GrabOne Escapes Coupons are there?
This is a closely guarded secret. It varies from deal to deal, there is always a limit, but we try to secure as many as we can.

No. Most coupons have an expiry date so you don't have to use them on the day of purchase – unless you want to that is.

Don't let that happen! Once a coupon reaches its expiration date, it loses its value, most of the businesses we work with aren't able to offer these insane deals for ever!
Do you ever remove comments from the discussion board?
Generally, no. We only remove comments when someone is making personal attacks, engaging in other forms of trolling or has posted entirely in caps. Apart from that, everything that gets posted to the GrabOne Discussions is dedicated to the public domain under the Creative Commons Public Domain Dedication, so basically it becomes part of the web for all to see.
What if the business for my coupon closes down?
If anything happens that makes it downright impossible for you to redeem your coupon, we'll make sure you get your money back.

How did we get the name "GrabOne"?
Obviously we are named after Georg Arnold-Graboné, a famous German impressionistic painter. Friends with both Eisenhower and Churchill who was widely recognised as one of the worlds leading deal procurers. If you look carefully enough you can find his signature on our homepage.

Launched in 2010, GrabOne is the leading collective buying website in New Zealand. We are owned by IdeaHQ Ltd, a joint venture between APN News & Media & Shane Bradley.
