Secondly, is it possible to use the voucher to book an alternative room - specifically, the Super King Thermal Room.

The room offers only 1 x super king bed, some rooms could accommodate 2 children if under 5 sharing a foldout double couch however if a bit older then you may want to consider our larger family rooms. The outdoor pool is thermally heated to a nice 32-35 degrees. So its a normal water, heated and great for the kids. Thanks
