Hi Rand, it is recommended that you contact the hotel before you purchase the voucher to check if your preferred dates are available. If your dates are available you then purchase the voucher, then call the hotel to make your reservation. This is the only way the voucher will be accepted. I cannot reiterate enough that you need to contact the hotel before purchasing the voucher.
