Arlena Stevens commented about 1 year ago. Hi, are the rules here different from the rules at the Copthorne Bay of Islands? They are saying maximum of 4 per room so 2 adults could take 2 children but would need to pay for the breakfasts for the 2 children. Is this the same here? I notice the room is a twin room so could accommodate more than 2.
