I just tried calling Cordis and was informed that we would need to book through GrabOne rather than Cordis directly to secure a room.
I was wondering if there was a contact person that I could call to find out if my preferred dates (25/10/18 - 28/10/18) were available .

Sam Taylor commented over 6 years ago. I have been trying for two days now to get a response about availability on this deal. I have called 5 times today and been transferred to central reservations as in-house reservation are overloaded. I have sent two e-mails and left my number with reception for a call back. This is not good and if by the time I manage to speak to someone my dates are sold out I really hope I can get a refund? There needs to be a better booking system in place.

I have phoned the hotel twice now and spoke to someone from Grabone. I purchased this voucher in hopes to make a reservation for this weekend but staff at the hotel will not make the booking for me and Im getting frustrated now. The staff from the hotel gave me a number to call to make a booking and the number was invalid or it was an overseas number. Would like a refund if I cant make a booking tomorrow
