As per enquiry received, please note that Upgrade to access the Club Lounge is subject to availability, and this can only be confirmed by our Operations Team (Front Office) and can be upsell it to you on the day if there's availability. With the $100.00 credit you can certainly use that towards the upgrade to access the Club lounge, and you will only be paying for any amount over the $100.00 credit.
