Roger Kingaby commented over 5 years ago. I want to buy a deal for a night a the Cordis hotel but what happens if there is no availability for the night I want after I've bought the deal. It's for my wedding Anniversary so booking some other time rather defeats the point.

Bruce Smith commented over 5 years ago. The conditions state "No refunds unless required by law"- what happens if the Covid-19 alert levels change after booking so that travel cannot be undertaken? Will a refund then be issued? I will not be able to reschedule a booking to another date.

Hi there, the buffet breakfast and car park are self explanitary, but are we also to expect to receive the $50 voucher and 2 drinks for each night we stay if we purchase the Two Night or Three Night Stay? I.e. $100 voucher and 4 drinks for the Two Night Stay and $150 voucher and 6 drinks for the Three Night Stay

Considering the cost of the second night or the third night is the same as the first night, there's $60 to $70 value (per night) that one may or may not get. For the sake of everyone purchasing this deal, the details should be made clear.

- In regards to the voucher, yes $50 per day for the credit and it is 2 drinks per day as well.
- The one hour harmony massage needs to be booked direct with the hotel. The Grab One deal only allows access to the special rate.
- Check in is 3pm.
