Yes you may use Quad share but you will still have to pay single supplement.

So flying out on 16 Sep from Dunedin to Brisbane and returning from Brisbane to Dunedin on 18 Oct with 5 night accommodation in a Quad sharing basis would cost you additional 370 per person

So the deal is on a quad sharing basis and you have to buy four voucher to avail the offer, you will just have to pay for accommodation for the 4th traveler, as you all would be occupying and using full facilities of the room.
