You will have to go for 3x voucher since he/she is 15yrs old and considered as an adult.

You can go for 1 bed room apartment with an extra bed.

Glizel Nevado commented over 5 years ago. We are a family of 5 =2 adults, 3 children (aged 14, 12, 5). Do we need 4 vouchers and if so how much for the flight of the extra child? We are looking to travel on 13 January - 18 January 2019.

Yes you will need 4 voucher since 0-11 is considered as a child, apart from infant a child usually pays 70% of an adult fare but also depending on which airline you would be travelling with.
