What type of flights are they? Check-in baggage or carry on?

The Title mentions a five star accommodation. However in the second paragraph of the highlights it says 4 star - See copy and paste extract from website below.

With flights leaving either Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch and two or three nights in a mystery four-star accommodation. The Queenstown action-packed adventure awaits your arrival
