In that case you will have to go for 1 Bed room Apartment, there are different prices for different months, if you could let us know when would you like to travel so that i can let you know the cost.
Also if i may ask the age of the child.

He can stay for free if shared under existing bedding, however you will have to pay for flight and this will cost you 699 per person.

Would the child’s flights tickets be booked by you’ll as well to ensure that we all get the same flight and seats together.

The 13 and 15 year old is considered as an adult, so you will have to buy voucher for bot and get flight for the child.
