Questions:
1- we land in Bangkok?
2- can we arrive but check in to Phuket a few days later to continue to trip?
3- or can we do the the opposite of 2?
4- can you assist with the best dates where we can have direct flights to and back? (1sept-20 nov period)

The last to fly out from New Zealand is 20th of November

Also when do you have to complete the travel by? Because it says booked by but is the last day to fly back 20th Nov?
