Peter Ataallah commented over 5 years ago. Hi there, it states the deal expires in May 2019. But is the travel date still valid for say September 2019? I understand that you basically need to just confirm the travel time before May 2019 and not necessarily travel before May 2019?

About your question:

This deal will expire in 12 days.

If you buy this deal, you can choose your date of travel to May 31st, for example no more than May 31st. you can confirm us that you want to do this tour with us starting on December 02nd. (availability to December 2019), the main problem is with the spaces, for example all spaces are sold out for April, May and June, that is the reason why we recommend you to book and confirm your departure date ASAP, this is to guarantee your spaces, because these sold out very fast.

Peter Ataallah commented over 5 years ago. Great thanks we will go for the 16th of august. Is it okay if we arrive a day earlier? would the offer still include pickup from the airport say on the 15th of August? we're happy to pay the extra night's stay in the hotel.

About your question:

Yes it is, definitely ou can arrive one day before start your tour with us, also do not worry, if you arrive one day before also you have included the pick up from Cusco airport (it does not matter for us, just remember one pick up and one drop off are included).
Also we can arrange an extra night in our hotel in Cusco, extra cost: US$ 75.00 per night (based in double occupancy and includes breakfast buffet) and payment will be in CASH once you arrive to Cusco.
