The Distinction only has queen bedding in studio apartments. However, at the time of booking we could change your hotel to Novotel (or similar) which would offer twin bedding.

Our flights only include carry-on luggage @ 7kg per person. If you’d like a checked bag we can do this at the time of booking and charge you a surcharge. Baggage pricing varies depending on airline but Air NZ pricing for 1 piece (up to 23kg) is $20 per bag.

You will disembark the Northern Explorer at Ngaoho Place, Parnell.
The best way to return to Auckland Airport would be using SkyBus which will cost $17 per person.

2) Could we get off the train anywhere say Palmy or Ohakune & catch it from there again after a few days ?
3) Could we finish our train journey in Papakura or Otorohanga (if we left our car there ?)
4) If we were to spend extra days in Wellington (at our cost ofcourse) could we still catch the train back a few days later ?
5) Is there a choice in the Akl-Wellington flight that we can choose from ?
Thanks in advance for all clarifications, just trying to plan our holiday & we don't live in Akl so travel to/fm airport is an issue.
