We have instructions on our coupons but basically you purchase through GrabOne, email us your names (as per ID), contact phone number and preferred dates of travel. We will then advise what flights are available from Auckland to Wellington or Christchurch and then confirm your booking.

No we haven't included airport transfers in this deal. The train into CBD from the airport is easy to use and runs frequently.
