When a booking is made for a specific date, it can be changed to another date within the valid period until 24 hours prior to arrival (for any reason). If a change in alert level happened within that 24 hour period beofre arrival we would allow a change of dates to another date within the valid dates.

In regards to the number of people, if you were to bring another child (in addition to 2 people the voucher covers) there would just be a charge for the child's breakfast, no additional room fee for children under 12.
