Also is it possible to get fold out bed in room as we have two teenage boys and don't think they would like to share a bed?And if so how much would it cost?

If the boys are under 16 there is no extra charge for the bed.

If you were wanting to walk I would say allow 15 minutes to get there and take in some spectacular views on the way in.
