If we were wanting to extend our trip by 7 nights, could you change the dates of the flight returning home to accommodate that?

If a voucher is purchased and the stay behind request did not suit 'availability', could the voucher be refunded?

Just to confirm that a full refund is available from GrabOne within 48 hours of purchase if specific dates are not available. The amount just quoted to you is for the change in return date only and will not account for any accommodation etc for the additional days you are staying in Japan.
