I'm so pleased to see you're all interested in visiting Pacific Harbour Villas, apologies for the delay in my response.

1. Room Types
If you'd like to check it out on our website -http://www.pacificharbour.co.nz/ You'll see two room types, one named Luxury Villa and the other named Superior. The Luxury is the waterfront and the Garden Facing is the Superiour room type, a little confusing, we're updating the room types on the website :)
If you'd prefer the premium option of the waterfront (luxury) villa, I'd suggest booking in quick to avoid disappointment.

2. As the lovely Emma mentioned - Please feel free to call with your preferred dates
3. We might be able to upgrade you to the Spa at an additional cost dependent on your requested dates and the occupancy around the time. Feel free to call with your selected dates and I'll look into it and come up with a competitive upgrade price.

4. Kids - The villas in the deal aren't suitable for children. We'd love to make something work though. I do have a 2 bedroom villa with two singles in one room and a king bed in the other. Please give me a call with your preferred dates and I'll have a look at availability and figure out what the additional cost for this villa would be.

5. The Ferry isn't running at the moment with scheduled upgrades taking place. There are ferry's running at Hahei, which isn't too far away.
