Thanks for the reply Louise, You may note in my message that I have been trying to contact the hotel over emails, phone and FB and have had no reply except 1 to say that they were extremely short staffed & 2) that they were on leave till 10 Jan 2022. Interestingly I did get a reply yesterday saying that I could check availability on their website, which I did and it DOES show that they have availability for those dates maybe just not at the grabone prices? They are also still showing availability on booking.com for those dates ?

Kate Wright commented over 2 years ago. We are wanting to book 2 superior rooms for the dates 10th to 13th March. Is this a possibility? We are a family with 2 teenagers so sharing a bed with teenagers is not really 'the cool thing' to do as I see the superior unit only has two beds. Are we able to buy 2 deals so we can have two rooms and enough beds? Truly appreciate your help

Hi, Just wondering why the main blurb on the front says, free cooked breakfast but in the small print at the very bottom in conditions is says with new vouchers you only get a Continental Breakfast, which is a bit misleading...especially when the rate has not been reduced to reflect this.
