Thank you for your enquiry.
Unfortunately they do not have a gym at this resort but they do have an outdoor fitness trail that also includes treadmills, weights etc

Return to Paradise Resort do offer a full board meal option, this will be at an extra cost of $100.00 per adult per day which includes full cooked breakfast, 1 x course lunch and 2 course dinner or there is also a half board meal option of $80.00 per adult per day.
With beverages you will have to purchase them directly as prices vary.
