This deal is only valid for two people, if you were looking to purchase the coupon to use with 2 adults and 2 children or one adult and 2 children, you will be unable to do so.

You're right, the conditions of the deal advise that you are unable to use the coupon during the school holidays - as 20 Sept does fall under school holidays, you'll be unable to use this.
