If the second option was purchased, where are the food and drink obtained? (the accommodations?)

Thank you so much for your question regarding food and drinks cost. Normally we provide three times meals (breakfast, Lunch and dinner) and accommodation in tea houses while you are in trekking and in Kathmandu, it is included your breakfast and bed. Approximately we had figure out that 400 $ is good enough for food, but if you buy the first option and to favour to pay food and drinks cost self then you may safe as well Because there are a menu at tea houses and you can have reasonable food on your choice.
