Roughly how many hours each in Apia & Honolulu?
What can the 'on board credit be used for as I understand all on board costs are covered?
Is there tipping and if so how much extra is this?
Can it be organised that we stay a few days in San Francisco before flying back?
Can we fly back to ChCh not Auckland and if so does this change the price?

Thanks for the question, Gratuities are not included in the price and they are $13.50USD per person per day.
The On board credit can be used towards gratuities, alcohol, speciality coffees, spa or beauty treatments, shore excursions, speciality restaurant cover charge etc
Yes you may extend your stay in San Fran and we can organise that for you, also the price difference for the flights will be an additional domestic fare to fly from auckland to Christchurch as part of the international fare.
And I had a look at the ship itinerary and the time spent in port at those locations is advised as docking early in the morning and departs in the afternoon. My best guess being a guideline of 7am arrival, 4pm departure.
