It is perfectly fine to bring your children along, however there will be an extra charge of $25 incl gst per child above 12 years old ( pay at hotel), however please note that this does not come with an extra bed but rather using our existing beds (which is either a room with a queen bed or a room with a double and single bed). Can you please clarify what rooms the offer applies to

We do not have accessible rooms currently, however we do have lifts that take you up to the accommodation floors.

Apologies - you are right, it is a typo and has since been corrected by Grabone, it should say Standard, which are our only room category.

Am I also correct in thinking that we can all share one room despite the number of beds? Sorry to f I'm getting you to reiterate, I just don't want to get it wrong.

You are absolutely right, as you indicated you have a 5 year old and a 3 year old, we do not charge if the kids are staying in the same room and using the existing bedding.

If you have 2 children before 5 years old, happy for them to stay in the same room at no additional charge.

We have 2 types of Standard rooms available on the Grabone deal, a room with one queen bed only and the other with a double and a single bed.

If you are happy for mum & dad and your 2 children to sleep in the room configuration that I mentioned with the double and single, there there is no charge.

Please note however we do not have extra beds avaiable for hire.
