Happy New Year! Sorry for the slow response. The Superior Room at Swiss-Belhotel Brisbane can accommodate 2 adults (in King Bed) and 2 children (in sofa bed). The sofa bed will be provided on a complimentary basis. For the third child, we recommend that you book the Swiss-Super Suite (56 square meters). There is a King Bed, sofa bed and we can provide a rollaway bed @ AUD$40.00 per rollaway, per day. The special rate for the Swiss-Super Suite is $185.00 per suite, per night (suite only). I hope the above meet with your requirements. P.S. the Swiss-Super Suite feature galley-style kitchenettes with dishwasher, full size fridge and
minibar. Comfortable sitting area with plush seating and balconies with
